Data controller

What data we process

• Identity and contact: full name, email address, phone number (optional).
• Business information: brand or company name, website or social media address, business stage, service of interest, preferred start date.
• Form content: what you write in the proposal form, the newsletter sign-up and the tools on the site (for example, tests).
• Security: IP address and time of the request, to prevent misuse.

Why we process it

• To review your proposal or partnership request, contact you and prepare a proposal,
• To send the newsletter and content if you ask for it,
• To produce the results and reports of the tools on the site,
• To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.

Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is necessary to enter into a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller and the explicit consent you give in the forms. The newsletter is sent only with your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. The servers of our service providers, such as our site infrastructure (Cloudflare) and email delivery service (Resend), may be located abroad; this transfer happens only to provide the service and is based on the explicit consent you give in the forms.

How long we keep it

Proposal applications are kept for up to 2 years if no business relationship follows; newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing and claim compensation for damages. You can send your requests to [email protected]; they are answered within 30 days at the latest. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in its emails.
